Shipping in Japan

Shipping Information:

All items shipped within Japan are prepared and ready for dispatch within 3-5 business days via Japan Post.
Each shipment includes a tracking number and is fully insured.
Please note that Hiroshi Kurokawa Jewellery is not responsible for lost or delayed times.
Shipping within Japan is provided free of charge.

Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece of Hiroshi Kurokawa Jewellery is handmade with care in my studio. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your jewellery.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unworn and undamaged to be eligible for a return.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Returns:

All returns from outside of Japan are subject to a fee to cover duties paid by me in receiving your return.

Custams and Duties

The purchaser is responsible for any customs and import duties imposed by their locale.
